Leopold is the Head Creative Coach,
empowering, educating and activating his community— mostly people of color—for the past 20 years, through art and creativity.
In 2002, he began curating exhibits in NYC through his art marketing platform, the Sound of Art. His work not only created opportunities for artists of color to share their narratives, but also bridged a new group of first-time buyers and collectors.
In 2012 he decided to expand his knowledge of the art world and all of its history and accepted a job at Christies, one of the world’s, biggest, oldest and most prestigious art houses in the world.
Leopold has worked with a range of institutions, from Carnegie Hall to The Metropolitan Museum of Art to bring these initiatives to NYC communities from Washington Heights to Staten Island.
Since 2020, Leopold has been devoting himself to building Just Art Camp, an educational curriculum that delves into the lives and works of historical underrepresented artists. The goal for this program is to instill creative confidence and creative competence.
His objective is to amplify the reach of Just Art Camp to support more people and build a community of future creators, innovators and artists.
